SYSTEM BASED CONCEPTS AND PROCESSES
Together with your team, you'll work on the development of new system solution designs by collecting, analysing and challenging business requirements. With your deep understanding of concepts, end to end processes and technical expertise, you provide an objective and holistic perspective to shape our processes and system landscape towards increased maturity levels. Focusing on data integration and efficiency you avoid isolated solutions and secure an end-to-end approach of all anticipated changes.
You'll act as a translator between business and IT, defining detailed requirements into system-based concepts, which can be used as basis for the technical implementation (BSS - Business Scope Statements). You are responsible for defining scope and independently structure these BSS, allocate work packages across the project team and ensure deliverables result in high quality requirements documentation. You’ll need to secure alignment with your management as well as with all cross-functional stakeholders on business and IT side.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Acting as business integration project manager you'll focus on delivering own projects with high complexity (i.e. scope, size, diverse stakeholders and/or high level of integration) and that carry a high level of ambiguity. Depending on the project’s complexity, urgency, and length, you'll define which project management approach and methodology to apply to achieve the project goals best.
You'll define, structure and manage a project plan and relevant work packages considering end-to-end process and data flow design. In alignment with our IT you’ll set up realistic project timelines considering resources and overall constraints. You'll track and document project progress and milestones in our project management tools, assign work packages, manage and coach project team members, ensure deadlines are met and monitor implementation budgets.
Mostly independently, you’ll ideate, structure, prepare and run workshops throughout the different project stages, where you’ll be expected to challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, as well as continuously identify and manage various complex project and process dependencies.
You’ll set the right priorities and communicate pro-actively with all involved parties, identify bottlenecks, find alternatives to remove roadblocks and de-escalate conflicts. In alignment with our portfolio management team, you'll ensure reporting and when needed, escalation to our senior management.
TEAM LEADING
You'll manage a team of highly motivated & experienced internal and external professionals. Develop and coach the team for whatever lies ahead by understanding their strengths and growing their responsibilities accordingly. Based on the program roadmaps you plan the project assignments for your internal and external team members to ensure that the aligned roadmap targets will be reached. You set the targets for the team and supervise the execution. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Providing coaching, mentoring and development opportunities.
TESTING, DOCUMENTATION & HANDOVER
You'll be responsible to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments by ensuring detailed end-to-end solution testing by the project team. You'll ensure the seamless integration of all technical developments through detailed test planning and execution. This includes defining test plans, tracking progress, resolving bugs, and orchestrating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. After testing is complete, you will oversee the handover of finalised processes and system solutions to run phase, ensuring all internal documentation is accurate and comprehensive. As part of this process, you will, if applicable, lead the creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for Global, End, and Key Users, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to adopt the new systems effectively. Additionally, you will develop and execute communication plans targeted at all user groups and stakeholders to support smooth system adoption.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & CONTENT SUPPORT
You'll act as a trusted partner for subsidiaries and headquarters, leveraging your deep expertise in end-to-end processes, data integration, and cross-functional strategies to address challenges and optimise workflows. With your extensive knowledge of data flows and their integration across Operations, you will provide expert-level support for complex process and system-related issues.
Ensure data models and reporting solutions adhere to governance standards and support consistent decision-making across the organization, reviewing and coaching the Business Scopes Statements (BSSs) prepared by your team.
You will mentor colleagues, enhance their understanding of the bigger picture and guide them on achieving seamless end-to-end integration. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional discussions, taskforces, and change management initiatives designed to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance organisational efficiency. Your ability to challenge existing processes and drive impactful change will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business objectives.
