Employment Type: Full-time, standard Location: Sofia Work model: Hybrid, 4 days office/1 day remote What You'll Do: Build and refine the Digital HR Process Twin - model workforce processes across hire-to-retire Analyse process execution data to identify bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities Develop predictive models: attrition risk, time-to-hire forecasting, SLA breach prediction Create analytics dashboards for enterprise clients: pipeline conversion funnels, channel spend optimisation, recruiter performance Design data quality frameworks for pseudonymised HR data (SHA-3 hashing, AES-256 encryption) Build the evaluation metrics for AI agent performance across HR domains Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on client-specific data analysis What We're Looking For: 3+ years of data science experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or consulting Strong Python skills - pandas, scikit-learn, and statistical analysis Experience with SQL and data modelling for complex, multi-source datasets Understanding of process mining concepts or willingness to learn deeply Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience with data visualisation tools and dashboarding Nice to Have: Experience with process mining platforms Knowledge of HR metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, attrition rates, SLA compliance) Background in enterprise data integration or ETL pipelines Familiarity with privacy-preserving analytics and pseudonymisation techniques What We Offer: Build the analytical foundation for a new enterprise AI category Work with real enterprise data at scale Competitive compensation package Learn process mining and HR domain expertise on the job Apply now!
