Field Service Engineer (PPS) – Benelux & DACH

What you’ll do

Install and service Ranpak machines and integrations at customer sites, keeping systems in top condition.

Troubleshoot and prevent downtime through proactive maintenance and smart problem‑solving.

Train operators and distributors, and support our Sales colleagues hands-on and with clear, practical technical advice.

Log service data (SAP) and share insights that feed continuous improvements to our products and processes.
Where you’ll work

Base location: Eygelshoven, NL.

You’ll spend your time on the road with customers or at the office—whichever the work demands on a given week.

Regular travel within Benelux & the DACH region, with occasional trips elsewhere in Europe.
What you’ll bring
-
Background in mechanical or electrical engineering (MBO level or equivalent).

Hands‑on, customer‑focused mindset; you can work independently and in a team.

Strong communication skills and a B driver’s license.
Languages
-
Internal working language is English—being able to read and speak English.

Dutch is helpful and German is a plus (French is nice to have, not required).
