Team
As a Working Student in this team, you will be responsible for the precise technical execution of product configurations, interest rate updates, and the document framework that guides our customers. Our mission is to ensure that our banking marketplace is accurate, compliant, and reliable. We focus on precise product configuration in our CMS, end-to-end interest rate management, and the curation of deposit documents that provide essential guidance to our customers throughout their entire savings lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the processing of interest rate change requests from partner banks across our various platforms.
- Assist in creating and updating technical bank setups within the company’s Content Management System (CMS).
- Draft and maintain the framework of deposit documents to ensure customers have accurate and essential information.
- Conduct rigorous testing and daily monitoring of operational processes and projects to safeguard data integrity.
- Execute end-to-end workflows to ensure all updates are validated, documented, and published in a timely manner.
- Perform cross-system monitoring to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Your Profile
- You are currently an enrolled student in a university program, preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You possess an extremely high level of precision and attention to detail, which is essential for managing critical interest rate changes and product attributes.
- You have a strong technical affinity and are comfortable working with complex software environments and tools like Jira and Slack.
- You are fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Ideally, you have some experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Contentstack) or Business Intelligence tools like Looker.
- Basic knowledge of or an interest in learning Jinja2 templating for dynamic document creation is a plus.
- Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or Dutch) and a general understanding of banking products are considered an advantage.
