Introduction:
Are you a people-person with a knack for design and a passion for fostering growth? We are looking for a proactive Junior L&D Manager to join our People & Culture team for interim parental leave coverage (fixed term: June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027). In this role, you will be the dedicated support system for our internal learning initiatives. What you will be doing:
-
Rapidly develop deep expertise in our People & Culture tech stack (Leapsome & WorkRamp), advanced L&D frameworks, and feedback best practices, establishing a strong foundation for internal technical and pedagogical guidance.
-
Act as the primary technical consultant for growth, guiding leads and teams on how to translate complex developmental needs into sophisticated workshop designs and learning journeys within our platforms.
-
Perform expert QA on all learning content—from onboarding schedules to training videos—ensuring logic, flow, and instructional design are foolproof before they reach our employees.
-
Deep-dive into technical hurdles within our HR tools and survey logic, collaborating closely with our People & Culture team to find swift resolutions and maintain a seamless user experience.
-
Serve as a champion for the evolution of our culture by systematically capturing employee feedback via eNPS/Pulse surveys and proactively identifying and advocating for potential initiative enhancements to the leadership team.
Who you are:
-
You are a confident communicator who feels at home hosting workshops and engaging a diverse audience in English, both remotely and in-person.
-
You are an organizational talent who can juggle onboarding logistics, promotion of sessions and committee meetings without breaking a sweat.
-
You have an eye for design and enjoy creating polished, professional resources and video content.
-
You are data-literate and comfortable using tools like Leapsome and WorkRamp to track and share people insights.
-
You are a proactive community-builder with a passion for DEI, mental health, and fostering a strong company culture.
-
You are a reliable team player, ready to jump into a one-year parental leave cover and keep our People & Culture projects moving.
