Overview

The CRM Developer Lead聽 is a hands-on technical expert embedded within a Value Stream squad, with a primary focus on the design, configuration, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales and related modules). This role leads Power Platform solution design and ensures the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM systems that drive business value. You will work independently with strategic oversight, owning the delivery of complex customisations and integrations, and interfacing directly with stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements.聽

Design, configure,聽customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales and related modules)聽
Lead Power Platform solution design and architecture聽
Advanced configuration of Model-Driven Apps (Tables, Columns, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Security Roles)聽
Develop and review advanced聽customisations聽using JavaScript, Web Resources, Plugins, and Custom Workflow Activities聽
Design and implement complex Power Automate cloud flows and integrations聽
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of CRM solutions
Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Mentor and support developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement within the team
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates, recommending and implementing new features where appropriate聽

Requirements
聽
7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development聽
Proven聽expertise聽in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps聽
Strong background in JavaScript, C#, and related technologies for CRM聽customisation聽
Experience with integration patterns and cloud-based solutions聽
Demonstrable experience mentoring junior colleagues and promoting good engineering practices聽
Understanding of聽user experience and intuitive interface design within CRM solutions.聽
