Overview
The Senior Program Manager will lead software development programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between product strategy and engineering execution. This role requires strong program governance, cross-functional coordination, and expertise in Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities

Software Planning & Execution: Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of software programs, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.

JIRA Dashboard Management: Create and maintain JIRA dashboards; collaborate with Scrum Leads to ensure visibility and alignment towards quarterly initiatives and key SW releases.

Roadmap Alignment: Coordinate and facilitate planning between Product Management and Development teams to synchronize product roadmaps and release plans.

Internal Beta/Dogfooding Coordination: Manage internal testing programs, including equipment sourcing and logistics tied to ensuring the testing environment meets customer use cases.

Consultant & Contractor Management: Oversee SOW development, PO creation, and vendor management.

Quarterly Planning: Support software quarterly SW planning activities to ensure organizational alignment.

Product Lifecycle Management: Ensure proper setup of software license structures and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Go-to-Market Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align release timelines with GTM strategies and sales expectations.

Leadership Updates & Presentations: Proactively coordinate, develop, and deliver concise, actionable status updates and presentations for leadership, ensuring stakeholders receive timely, relevant insights that drive informed decision-making and maintain alignment on program objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the big picture to internal SW development team and connect program objectives to organizational goals.

Budget Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, management, and execution of program budgets, ensuring financial alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.

Equipment Sourcing & Coordination: Oversee the sourcing and coordination of equipment required for internal testing programs, ensuring all logistics are managed to support a robust testing environment.

Problem-Solving for Software Quality: Apply a proactive mindset to address software quality testing challenges.

Certification Compliance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate certification and compliance processes for UC platforms, ensuring all product and system requirements are met for successful certification and market access.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of program/project management experience in software development.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with SaaS companies and products.
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or PgMP certification.

Experience managing large-scale software programs.
-
Familiarity with product lifecycle and licensing models.
