Working on the EMEA TLW KM Technology programs聽to reimagine聽knowledge tools,聽processes and automations to聽improve聽knowledge聽findability and reuse, streamline curation, and聽automate delivery of trusted, up鈥憈o鈥慸ate content.聽聽

Content management, records management, information/data architecture, taxonomy/ontology design, metadata standards, content modelling.聽聽聽
**Technical Skills聽聽**

Proficiency聽in聽AI tools聽to be able to propose聽innovative uses for content聽management聽-聽AI/ML knowledge enrichment, content classification, and聽summarization

Experience with聽Workflow automation and low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) and familiarity with API-based integrations; and enterprise knowledge/content platforms; Analytics and reporting,聽visualization聽(e.g., Power BI, platform analytics)聽聽

Awareness of search聽optimization聽techniques, enterprise search configuration, and relevance tuning聽聽

Awareness of data governance, records management, retention schedules, and access control/role-based permissions.聽聽
