What will you actually do?
As a Junior Consultant, you will be part of project teams supporting financial institutions in the DACH region with the transformation of their processes, systems and services. From day one, you will be actively involved in client work.
What you will be involved in:

**Client analysis and understanding: **Identifying client needs, analysing business processes and spotting opportunities for improvement. You will work with data, documentation and user scenarios.

**Solution design: **Contributing to the technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and support business transformation in banking or insurance environments (e.g. digitalization, automation, reporting) in agile delivery with close cooperation with business, IT and project teams.

**Direct client communication: **Gathering requirements, participating in discussions and presenting project outputs, primarily in German.

**Implementation support: **Supporting the rollout of solutions into practice, testing systems, preparing documentation and coordinating tasks.
**Who is this role ideal for? **

You are fluent in German at C1 level and have English at least at B2 level, and you want to actively use both languages in an international environment.

You are a recent graduate or have up to 1 year of relevant experience, for example in Consulting/technology consulting, Digital transformation, Product, Project, or Delivery-oriented roles (e.g. Business Analyst, Consulting Management roles, Product or Service coordination) in banking, insurance, or other regulated industries

You hold a **university degree **in Economics, Business, Finance or in combined business IT fields such as Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Digital Transformation, Management or Analytics, or a related discipline.

You are interested in the** intersection of business and technology** and want to grow in areas such as business and data analytics, automation, agile environments or IT supported business processes (without the need for deep technical expertise.)

You are able to analyze complex topics and communicate them clearly, feel comfortable working with various stakeholders from both business and IT, and take a proactive approach to your work.

You are motivated to** learn, grow and gradually take on more responsibility **as part of a consulting career.
