We’re looking for a **Front Desk and Events Coordinator **to join our Internal Firm Services team. Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. As our new Front Desk and Events Coordinator, this role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Punctually opening and closing the reception area
• Greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
• Answering, forwarding phone calls, or taking relevant messages efficiently
• Booking meetings and managing meeting rooms to support smooth operations
• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, including liaising with vendors and managing event logistics
• Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area and adjacent spaces
• Performing general day-to-day administrative duties as required by the firm
PwC is currently looking to expand its administrative team by recruiting a Front Desk and Events Coordinator. The team working in support services focuses on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the firm. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting in the coordination of events.
We are looking for candidates who are presentable, enthusiastic, punctual, and have the ability to work on their own initiative and towards deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, as they will serve as the first point of contact between the firm and its stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Is attentive to detail, highly organised, and able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience or interest in event coordination, with the ability to manage multiple logistics efficiently
• Is able to build strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Has previous front office or administrative experience (considered an asset)
• Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration
• Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills
