Your Impact聽
As an Experienced Manager,聽you鈥檒l聽make an impact by:聽
Leading Debt Advisory Mandates聽
-
Managing debt advisory and financing projects (with support from Director/Partner) and acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.聽

Advising on and executing a range of debt transactions, including acquisition finance,聽leveraged聽finance, corporate refinancing, recapitalisations, growth聽financing聽and refinancing of existing facilities.聽
Overseeing Transaction Execution聽
-
Overseeing daily project management and delivery of debt and capital advisory transactions.聽

Assuming responsibility for managing all phases of the financing cycle and deal execution, from聽initial聽options analysis through to lender approaches, negotiations and closing.聽
Delivering High-Quality Client Materials聽
-
Leading and managing the delivery of transaction documentation including lender information memoranda, financing proposals, pitch聽materials聽and client presentations.聽

Contributing to thought leadership and marketing materials related to debt markets and financing solutions.聽
Managing and Developing Teams聽
-
Managing a team, wider support聽staff聽and other external advisers (such as banks, debt funds, law聽firms聽and other consultants).聽

Supervising,聽coaching聽and reviewing the work of more junior team members.聽
Supervising Financial Analysis & Modelling聽

Supervising and reviewing financial analysis and complex financing and capital structure modelling carried out by the team members.聽

Assessing debt capacity, covenant structures,聽pricing聽and other key financing terms to support clear client recommendations.聽

**About You聽**聽

You have a strong academic background.聽
-
You have solid experience (at least聽4聽years) within聽debt and capital聽advisory with proven execution ability and origination skills across Belgium.聽

On top of your strong numerical and analytical skills, you have also聽demonstrated聽sound strategic thinking skills聽with a clear understanding of capital structures and funding alternatives.聽聽

You have聽excellent report writing skills聽and can translate complex financing and modelling outputs into clear, client鈥慺riendly materials.聽

You are an independent thinker with the ability to聽identify聽problems and contribute to the development of聽financing聽solutions.聽

You鈥檙e聽comfortable discussing financially related commercial topics.聽

You have a strong affinity with Excel and financial modelling, and are comfortable building,聽challenging聽and reviewing complex models used for debt capacity analysis, covenant headroom, liquidity聽planning聽and transaction structuring.聽

You have proven your ability to work on a range of projects simultaneously to demanding timetables聽in a transaction鈥慸riven environment.聽

You鈥檙e聽a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers, but also a team player.聽
