Our Projects:聽
The聽main focus聽of our projects is on BPM platforms鈥擯ega and Appian. With these tools, we help our clients聽optimize聽their processes quickly and efficiently.
Our clients are primarily large financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and leasing companies.
However, our projects also extend into other sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, power engineering, and more.聽

Key Responsibilities:聽

Act as the bridge between technology teams and the client聽

**Gather and map business requirements, processes, and objectives聽**

**Analyze the design of technical systems and business models聽**

Communicate with clients聽regarding聽the development of necessary system modifications to meet business needs聽

Prepare reports and presentations on application development and implementation聽
-
Create functional specifications and user stories聽
-
Participate in project management activities聽
-
Guide and mentor junior team members聽
Candidate Requirements:聽
-
Fluency in English is聽a must聽(both written and spoken)聽
-
German language is preferred; candidates with at least B2 level are considered a strong plus (nice to have)聽
-
**At least 2.5 years of experience in a business analyst role聽**

Experience with process mapping and implementation (highly preferable)聽
-
Experience with testing, UX/UI design, and prototyping (e.g., Figma) is an advantage聽
-
University degree (IT, technical, or business background)聽
-
Previous聽experience from a consulting company is a plus聽
-
Proficiency聽in PowerPoint and Excel (Visio, Aris are an advantage)聽

Knowledge of agile methodologies聽

Experience with tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (nice to have)聽

Strong analytical mindset, creative approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies聽
Location: Bratislava (Hybrid)
Salary: From 2000 EUR/month + Bonus
(For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.)
Contract type: Full-time
Start date: By agreement
