We are currently hiring experienced CNC professionals for a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company with over 30 years of expertise in high-precision metal processing.
The company works with demanding industries, including laser and aerospace sectors, and offers a modern production environment.
Tasks

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines

Independently manufacture complex single parts and series

Read and work with technical drawings

Ensure high quality standards of produced components

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
⚠️ Only qualified specialists – no machine operators

Completed training as CNC machinist (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or industrial mechanic, or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining

Ability to set up machines independently

Experience with complex parts and precision work
-
German (B1) preferred or English possible for strong candidates
