Lead the technical architecture and implementation of a new BI platform, consolidating traditional business intelligence with real-time data and intelligent alerting capabilities.

Provide hands-on technical leadership, including Python/R development, SQL optimization, and data pipeline architecture.

Oversee data infrastructure leveraging Airflow, Containers, Kafka, InfluxDB, and PostgreSQL while integrating with existing Playtech data structures.

Drive technical decisions around data warehousing, streaming architecture, and analytics pipelines.

Establish data quality standards, monitoring frameworks, and best practices across the data lifecycle.

Work alongside development teams to build a mobile-accessible platform with smart filtering and automated insights.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5 data professionals (Data Scientists and Data Analysts).

Foster a culture of ownership, independence, and continuous learning within the data team.

Champion data science and machine learning initiatives to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.

Partner with Product and Development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Explore and integrate advanced capabilities, including LLMs and AI-powered insight generation.
