To accelerate value realization, we are seeking a results-driven Senior HR Project Manager to lead People & Culture integrations and strengthen digital HR operations across an international landscape.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused assignment reporting directly to the CHRO.

Drive end-to-end execution of people integrations while accelerating the digital transformation of HR. Ensure scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR operations that enhance employee experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
People Integration Delivery

Own and execute end-to-end people integration workstreams across acquisitions

Drive transparency and accountability through a structured People Integration Heatmap (priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones)

Align people, culture, processes, and systems across Planon and Schneider Electric interfaces
Digital & AI-Enabled HR Transformation

Optimize and integrate HRIS platforms across regions

Leverage automation, analytics, and AI to streamline workflows and improve decision-making

Translate system and technology changes into a seamless employee and manager experience

Reduce manual processes and increase operational scalability
Operational Excellence & Governance

Standardize and harmonize HR processes globally

Ensure compliance with international labor law frameworks

Build scalable operating models that free up HR capacity for strategic value creation
We are looking for a commercially minded interim executive who brings:

Proven success in large-scale HR or post-merger integration programs in international environments

Demonstrated execution power in complex, matrix-driven organizations

Strong HRIS and people analytics expertise, including system implementation/integration

Experience leveraging digital tools and AI within HR operations
