As Managing Consultant at Finext, you are the driving force behind our growth across Berlin and Germany. You build and lead a regional team, shaping Finext's position among Germany's innovative, financial, and industrial powerhouses.
You work at the heart of our CFO-tech portfolio: a three-dimensional model that connects finance capabilities, cutting-edge technologies, and a broad range of services. From Digital Finance Architecture Advisory and Tech Implementation to Success Management and Continuous Improvement: you know how to translate this offering into real value for clients. Whether you're advising a CFO on their finance function, leading a tech selection process, or steering a complex implementation: you stay close to the content and set the standard for quality.
Your entrepreneurial mindset helps you identify opportunities in local markets and turn them into lasting client relationships. You design and execute go-to-market strategies built around Finext's full service spectrum, spanning advisory, business consultancy, project management, and license management. You ensure a solid market position throughout the DACH region.
At the same time, you inspire and lead teams of Digital Finance experts. You embed Finext's collaborative culture, foster growth, and guide colleagues to reach their full potential.
Partnerships with leading CFO-tech providers are another cornerstone of your work. You cultivate and expand this ecosystem to accelerate business opportunities and keep Finext's technology portfolio sharp and relevant. Additionally, you represent Finext externally as a thought leader in Digital Finance.
In short: you are a pioneer who drives our growth in the DACH region, combining entrepreneurial leadership with deep CFO-tech expertise across the full finance capability landscape.

Finext is a Digital Finance Advisory firm founded in Delft, The Netherlands, in 1999. We help finance functions at mid-to-large organizations evolve, not through isolated initiatives, but as one coherent movement across capabilities, processes, technology, data, and people. We call this Digital Finance Architecture.
We work with more than 100 professionals across the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Scandinavia. What You Bring

A proven track record in business development and consulting sales within Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, or CFO-tech consulting.

Solid understanding of the DACH regional market, local business culture, and the finance technology landscape.

A strong entrepreneurial approach: you enjoy building new markets, shaping strategy, and turning opportunities into results.

Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with a collaborative and enabling leadership style.

Familiarity with CFO-tech services — from architecture advisory and tech selection to implementation and success management.

Skilled in developing and managing partner ecosystems within the finance technology space.

Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong professional network in the DACH region.

Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

You naturally bring initiative, client focus, clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
We Offer

A remuneration between €100,000 - €130,000, based on your experience. This remuneration includes annual salary, variable remuneration and vacation pay.
