The Position
The Sr. BT Analyst, Quality Management & Lab Systems is a senior, technically orientated business facing role within Organon’s Business Technology (BT) organization, focused on technical business process analysis, requirements definition, implementation, and value realization of enterprise systems supporting global Quality Management and Laboratory operations.
As a senior specialist within the Quality Management & Lab (QML) Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing Organons Enterprise BT Quality & Lab systems. The role requires close engagement with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
This position operates in a regulated GxP environment and requires strong experience working with enterprise BT systems supporting regulated processes. Preferred experience includes Quality Management Systems (e.g. ETQ Reliance, TrackWise) and Laboratory Systems (e.g. Empower, LIMS, ELN, Tulip Digital Lab Records, Tetra Data Platform). The ability to partner effectively with Quality and Laboratory business owners to understand underlying processes and translate them into technical requirements is essential.
Responsibilities

· Provide senior‑level analysis and business focused support to the QMS and Quality & Lab Value Teams, ensuring high‑quality, reliable system services for Quality business partners.

· Analyze, and document Quality Management & Lab business processes and requirements, driving productivity and system improvements aligned to Value Team initiatives.

· Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, configurations, and system solutions within the QML domain.

· Work closely with QML business colleagues to support the execution of complex business strategies.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and contributing to backlog refinement ensuring backlog items are ready for development and test. Coordinate with software vendors to optimize the use of QML systems and contribute to strategic roadmap development.

· Partner with cross-functional IT teams to enhance business processes within the Quality domain.

· Support resource management for advanced Life Cycle and Value-driven projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

· Ensure compliance with Organon’s SDLC, validation, data integrity and GxP compliance standards.

· Address and prioritize complex business needs from Quality business partners, contributing to ongoing development of the QML roadmap and portfolio.

· Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to support Organon Quality business.

· Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to drive improvements within Quality systems solutions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

· 5+ years’ experience in Business Technology, systems analysis, or technical roles, ideally supporting enterprise platforms in a GxP regulated environment; experience with Quality Management or Lab Systems is advantageous.

· Strong understanding of enterprise system‑supported business processes, particularly within Quality Management and Laboratory domains (e.g., complaints, deviations, change control, documentation, or laboratory workflows).

· Demonstrated ability to work with Quality stakeholders to interpret business, regulatory and compliance requirements into practical business solutions.

· Proven experience partnering with technical teams to deliver complex, enterprise‑scale solutions.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· Advanced proficiency in project management, SAFe Agile and resource coordination.

· Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders to drive effective technical outcomes in a matrixed, enterprise environment.
