The Position
The Organon Quality Management & Lab (QML) Systems Team will be responsible for the operation, support, delivery, and enhancement of Organon’s IT systems supporting the Quality Business Unit.
Working knowledge is required for both Quality Management processes, such as Customer Complaints, Deviations, Change Control, Document Management, Risk Management, and Audits, and Lab Information systems and supporting processes, such as LIMS, Empower, ELN, Tulip etc….
As a Jr Business Technology (BT) Analyst within the Quality Management & Lab (QML) Systems team, you will be responsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology platforms that enable Quality Management and Laboratory business processes across Organon. The role requires close engagement with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
This position operates in a regulated GxP environment and requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with enterprise BT systems supporting regulated processes. Preferred experience includes Quality Management Systems (e.g. ETQ Reliance, TrackWise) and Laboratory Systems (e.g. Empower, LIMS, ELN, Tulip Digital Lab Records, Tetra Data Platform). The ability to partner effectively with Quality and Laboratory business owners to understand underlying processes and system requirements is essential
Responsibilities

Support the day‑to‑day operation and stability of Quality Management and Laboratory systems within the QML technology landscape.

Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams to support system performance and enhancement activities including documentation and audit readiness support.

Analyze business requirements in collaboration with Quality and Laboratory stakeholders and contribute to system configurations, enhancements, and improvements.

Collaborate with functional stakeholders to support the implementation of the QML IT strategy.

Ensure compliance with Organon’s validation, data integrity, and compliance activities for regulated systems, including documentation and audit readiness support.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Quality and Laboratory platforms.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to Quality and Lab systems

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

At least two years' experience in IT or technical support roles in a GxP regulated environment supporting enterprise systems, with exposure to Quality Management Systems (e.g. ETQ Reliance, TrackWise) and Laboratory Systems (e.g. Empower, LIMS, ELN, Digital Lab systems) preferred.

Basic understanding of Quality Management processes, including Deviations, Change Management, and Document Control.

Ability to assist in developing IT solutions across business domains.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks, including Data Integrity and SDLC validation.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Basic proficiency in project management and resource coordination.
