So what’s the challenge...
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology & Digital Team and drive the success of our Lotteries, Passives, and VLTs products. In this role, you'll bridge business needs and technical solutions, manage third-party integrations, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Your day to day will include:

Clarifying and translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and business analysis artifacts (e.g., data flows, user stories, workflows)

Collaborating with Technology stakeholders to define the most suitable solutions, project scope, and plans according to technology standards

Recommending new features, optimizations, and integrations of existing systems to enhance efficiency

Identifying and communicating scope/quality risks within the project stream
-
Acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors, facilitating communication and issue resolution

Reviewing project deliverables, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring compliance with requirements
-
Designing and configuring small-scale improvements, reports, and integration points for existing systems or applications

Monitoring system efficiency, escalating risks, and coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting
What you’ll bring:
-
BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent STEM. MSc in relevant topic is desirable
-
6+ years’ experience in business or functional analysis for large scale technology projects in complex business environments
-
Experience in Project Management and/or Solution Design is desirable
-
Understanding of Lottery/Gaming/Betting/Casinos, Passive/Scratch systems and business concepts would be an advantage
-
Hands-on experience in business analysis methodologies and all phases of the software development lifecycle

Experience in designing application integrations

CBAP/CCBA or PMI-PBA certifications would be a plus

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
