Step into the role of a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer atAllwyn, where as a vital member of our Property and Facilities Team, you'll spearhead specialized engineering projects aimed at enhancing our facilities environment. From optimizing operations to strategically powering up every corner of our premises, ready to take the lead?
**What your day to day will include:

Designing electromechanical projects within HQ premises

Analyzing design plans to ensure legislative compliance
-
Monitoring and maintaining quality of digital devices and systems
-
Preparing technical specifications aaccording to Greek legislation and tender documents
-
Supervising construction of electromechanical and fire brigade installations
-
Promoting workplace safety and environmental practices
-
Supervising contractors for facility maintenance to ensure quality and safety
-
Proposing design solutions for electrical and mechanical systems
-
Recommending energy-saving initiatives
-
Ensuring** **compliance with CSRD requirements, overseeing the end‑to‑end process of collecting, monitoring, validating, and reporting sustainability data in alignment with ESRS standards.

Monotor and analyze ESG metrics, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, sustainable building systems, and environmental impact assessments across facilities and infrastructure.

Applying ISO frameworks in daily operations, including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 within facilities and engineering environments.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Procurement, H&S, Sustainability) to embed ESG principles into the design, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and building assets.

Monitoring emerging sustainability regulations and translating them into actionable requirements for technical projects, infrastructure upgrades, and facilities management practices.

Monitoring, controlling, and reviewing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely variance analysis, and adherence to financial targets.
**What you’ll bring:
**

BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields; MSc is preferable
-
6+ years of relevant professional experience
-
Proven experience in designing EM buildings installations
-
Excellent knowledge of electro-mechanical, fire brigade subject and related legal framework
-
Proficient user of AutoCAD
-
Ability to work under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task

Teamwork and cooperation

Proficient MS Office user

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & written)
