So what’s the challenge…
As a Service Delivery Manager – Betting Systems, you’ll be at the heart of our Sportsbook technology operations. Your mission? To lead the planning, development, and support of IT solutions and network assets that power our betting platforms. You’ll orchestrate internal and external teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, vendors, and developers to deliver projects accurately, efficiently, and on time.
What your day to day will include:

Contributing to team budget planning and ensuring its effective execution

Ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into technical specifications (SoW) for effective solution development

Mapping and proposing the prioritization of projects, new developments, upgrades or change requests, setting up the overall plan and budget and allocating resources

Coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, vendors, business owners) to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient solutions aligned with business goals
-
Overseeing testing, UAT, and production releases to ensure functionality and minimize business disruption
-
Monitor operational efficiency of solutions, manage troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance
-
Identifying risks and areas for improvement in systems and equipment, proposing mitigation actions and upgrades
-
Managing and coaching team members to support skill development and goal achievement
-
Promoting collaboration across delivery units to optimize resource utilization and align product roadmaps.
What you’ll bring:

BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent; MSc in a relevant field is a plus
-
8+ years of experience in IT project management and solution development
-
Proven track record in coordinating large-scale projects and managing budgets
-
Consulting experience in IT or Business within the private sector
-
Hands-on experience in solution development and testing
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles
-
Preferable knowledge of Sportsbook Solutions

Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach
-
People management and team leadership skills
-
Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
