So what’s the challenge…
As a Payments Sr. Specialist at TORA Wallet, you will be responsible for managing daily payment operations, including transaction execution, account safeguarding, payment reconciliation, and client funds protection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What your day to day will include:

Executing daily payments, including supplier, operational, and mass payment files

Preparing and processing payment instructions through banking platforms and payment systems

Ensuring timely and accurate payment execution in line with internal controls and approval processes

Monitoring daily payment activity and resolving operational issues
-
Managing safeguarding accounts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
-
Performing safeguarding calculations and maintaining accurate client fund segregation and documentation
-
Reconciling safeguarding and operational accounts and investigating discrepancies
-
Calculating payment obligations and aligning them with transaction records
-
Preparing reports, monitoring liquidity, and supporting finance, compliance, and audit teams

Improving payment processes, enhancing controls and automation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners
What you’ ll bring:

Experience in payments operations, treasury, finance operations, or a similar role
-
Experience in a regulated financial environment (payments, fintech, banking, or acquiring)
-
Experience with safeguarding or client funds management is a plus
-
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail
-
Good knowledge of payment processes and banking platforms
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively

Strong communication skills & team spirit
