So what’s the challenge…
As an Online Customer Verification Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our online customers are verified accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. You’ll help protect player integrity, support regulatory and responsible gaming needs, and keep our processes running smoothly—all while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and our players.
Your day to day will include:

Providing accurate, timely, and compliant KYC verification for online players in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and responsible gaming standards.

Reviewing and validating customer identification, proof of address, solemn declarations, and supporting documents submitted online, ensuring completeness, authenticity, and consistency.

Communicating with customers via inbound and outbound channels to request clarifications, resolve documentation issues, and guide them through the KYC process while delivering high-quality service.

Investigating and resolving KYC cases, discrepancies, and escalations using risk-based judgment and adhering to anti-fraud, AML, and player protection procedures.

Ensuring accurate case handling, documentation, and record‑keeping in internal systems, maintaining full audit trails per regulatory and internal requirements.

Identifying recurring issues, process gaps, or risk trends from KYC activities and contributing feedback to enhance workflows, controls, and customer experience.

Escalating complex cases from online players to internal stakeholders and following up on their resolution.

Liaising with Customer Support, Commercial Support, and VIP teams to ensure seamless handling of requests involving verification, account limitations, or regulatory restrictions.

Supporting quality assurance by reviewing KYC decisions, guiding team members, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.

Assisting in training and onboarding new KYC agents and providing ongoing support on complex or exceptional cases.

Monitoring workload, turnaround times, and operational KPIs for KYC processes and escalating risks or backlogs when needed.
**What you need to succeed: **

Hands-on experience in a similar role within a customer verification, KYC, or compliance-focused team, preferably in a regulated environment.

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline

Strong knowledge of KYC, customer due diligence, and identity verification processes within a regulated environment.

Familiarity with AML, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and data protection principles.

High attention to detail with the ability to assess documentation accuracy, authenticity, and consistency.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a risk‑based approach to case handling.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain verification requirements to customers

Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Confident and knowledgeable user of MS Office and internal verification systems.

Excellent command of English & Greek.
