So what’s the challenge…
As a LOTOS Business Operations Specialist you will responsible for operating the LOTOS Gaming System applications, performing controls, and handling potential malfunctions or service failures according to established processes, in order to ensure the proper operation of all Games provided to Greece and Cyprus through LOTOS.
What your day to day will include:

Executing daily lottery system operations by operating multiple LOTOS applications

Monitoring and assessing LOTOS Gaming System performance according to operating standards

Enhancing data quality and operational processes by performing regular checks on data integrity and system reliability

Participating in projects for upgrading or remodeling the LOTOS gaming platform
-
Following up and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage issues in the LOTOS production environment

Executing UAT activities to support IT teams and vendors in implementing system improvements and modifications
-
Executing daily and draw management processes to support business operations and reconciliation controls
-
Monitoring ongoing business processes and established information security controls
-
Configuring LOTOS Gaming System parameters according to business needs and standards
What you’ll bring:

BSc in Information Technology or a related field
-
Hands-on experience in technical operations support, including gaming operations and procedures
-
Knowledge of IT service management / ticketing systems
-
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Customer‑support orientation with strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
-
Excellent command of English (oral and written) and proficient MS Office user
-
Supporting contingency planning to ensure high availability of operations and responding to ad‑hoc assignments as required
