So what’s the challenge...
As an In-Store Communications Sr. Specialist, you'll revolutionize in-store experiences with cutting-edge digital tools and interactive solutions to captivate customers and elevate store performance. You’ll Create impactful customer journeys with In Store Touchpoints that drive engagement, elevate store performance, and unlock new monetization opportunities through Retail Media Networks.
What your day to day will include:

Assisting with in-store marketing initiatives and campaigns to boost market impact and customer appeal.

Executing immersive experiences to enhance customer engagement.

Creating content for in Store touchpoints (Digital screens etc) and adapting Brand Campaigns into in store commercial communication messages.

Adapting key visuals into valuable content for screens, audio, and interactive formats. Treating in-store screens as performance channels, optimizing loops by mission and moment (entrance acquisition, dwell engagement, point-of-sale impulse).

Establishing content taxonomy and mission-based frameworks for Digital touchpoints (Screens).

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, and external partners (agencies, vendors, tech providers) to deliver creative and execution excellence.

Developing multimedia content (video) per the commercial plan.

Supporting brief development and communication with advertising agencies.

Creating reports on marketing impact on retail KPIs.

Define and implement operating standards for in-store communication touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
What you’ll bring:

5+ years of professional experience in Communications/Marketing/Retail Marketing
-
BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field
-
Sound knowledge of marketing operations and standards
-
Experience in creative & high-quality digital material development
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Experience in highly-matrixed or complex organizations is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent English & Greek (written and oral)
