So, what’s the challenge...
An exciting opportunity for a senior digital leader to shape our Digital Product & Experience capability, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving outcomes across a complex organisation and embedding AI and automation to strengthen our digital factory and delivery culture.
What your day to day will include:

Leading and evolving the Digital Product & Experience chapter, building a culture of accountability, ownership and disciplined execution

Shaping the digital strategy across channels, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities and commercial goals

Driving delivery across matrixed Agile teams, setting priorities, aligning execution and ensuring accountability for outcomes

Creating clarity of ownership, decision making and ways of working across squads, tribes and cross functional teams

Influencing effectively across teams and stakeholders, navigating complex environments and removing blockers to maintain momentum

Improving the speed, efficiency and effectiveness of the digital factory through stronger operating practices, simplification and better coordination

Embedding AI and automation across the digital lifecycle to reduce manual effort, improve quality and accelerate delivery

Ensuring digital products meet high standards in usability, accessibility, governance and regulatory compliance

Coaching and developing the team, raising capability, professionalism and overall performance
What you’ll bring:
-
BSc in Digital, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field (MSc desirable)
-
10+ years’ experience in digital, product, experience or transformation leadership roles within complex, fast paced environments
-
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams across Product, UX, Research, Engineering and Delivery
-
Strong experience operating in matrixed and scaled Agile environments (tribes, squads, chapters, Team Topologies)
-
Strong grasp of product strategy, UX strategy, digital analytics, experimentation and Agile delivery
-
Practical understanding of how AI and automation can accelerate digital delivery and improve team effectiveness
-
Ability to deliver outcomes through influence and collaboration
-
Demonstrated success in improving delivery pace, team effectiveness, operating model maturity and cross functional ways of working
-
Experience leading change, raising standards and strengthening ownership and professionalism across teams
-
Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities
-
Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills
