So what’s the challenge…
As a Functional Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of delivering strategic retail initiatives. You’ll gather, analyze and translate business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution aligned with our commercial roadmap. Acting as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders, you’ll provide clarity and validate that every outcome meets both business goals and technical standards.
What your day to day will include:

Collaborating with commercial and technical teams to collect and analyze business specifications to translate them into technical or operational requirements.

Gathering and evaluating ideas for new initiatives, supporting early-stage viability assessments.

Supporting feasibility studies for new features/products, assessing impact, opportunities, and risks.

Defining project scope, overseeing activities, and ensuring stakeholder approval of all deliverables for the assigned projects.

Planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure readiness before production release.

Monitoring market trends and suggesting digital/ phygital experience enhancements to boost customer satisfaction and engagement.

Facilitating collaboration across project teams by aligning stakeholders, clarifying issues, and resolving conflicts for the assigned projects.

Acting as the SPOC for the rest company for the assigned projects.
**What you need to succeed: **
-
4+ years of proven working experience in analyzing & managing large-scale complex projects
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related fields; master’s degree will be considered an asset

Proven experience in business analysis within a corporate environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Good knowledge of project management principles & business analysis methodologies

Solid communication skills that allow effective communication with a diverse group of people

Good knowledge of the assigned gaming products will be considered an asset
-
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
-
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
