So what’s the challenge...
Are you ready to turn numbers into insights that drive business success? As a Financial Planning & Controlling Analyst, you’ll support budgets and forecasts, track daily costs, and deliver sharp insights to help the business stay on course and ahead of targets.
Your day to day will include:

Supporting the Group’s planning process, including budget revisions and quarterly forecasts

Preparing and analyzing financial reports comparing actuals vs. budget at all levels

Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and year-end IFRS financial reporting

Coordinating with teams to align budgets with key business priorities and projects

Monitoring daily costs and providing insights to enhance cost efficiency

Analyzing business performance, sales trends, and revenue forecasts

Updating and maintaining accurate business plans and budgets
What you’ll bring:

BSc in Finance, Business, or relevant field. MBA or MSc in Finance will be considered as an asset

3+ years of proven experience in developing feasibility studies and financial projections
-
Strong expertise in P&L modeling, financial tools, and performance reporting
-
In-depth knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methodologies and tools
-
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
-
Advanced MS Excel user
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Greek languages (written and oral)
