So what’s the challenge…
As a TORA Digital Products Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, developing, and promoting TORA’s digital products and services, ensuring they are fully aligned with the legal framework and contribute to the achievement of our performance and P&L targets.

What your day to day will include:**

Supporting the establishment of processes and standards for TORA digital products, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant operations

Developing, editing, and maintaining all customer‑facing product communication (in‑app content, push notifications, SMS, email, onboarding, FAQs, support materials) and ensuring alignment with brand voice, product objectives, and regulatory guidelines

Managing and operating communication platforms (email, SMS, push notifications) while building and optimizing automated customer journeys, segmentation rules, and targeted campaigns

Monitoring delivery metrics, open rates, and click‑through performance, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and improve communication effectiveness

Defining and maintaining the strategic direction and information architecture of the product website and managing the CMS (page creation, updates, SEO optimization, and ensuring accuracy of product information)

Creating, updating, and improving website content, including product descriptions, support articles, FAQs, and educational materials, and supporting copywriting needs across digital products

Collaborating with external vendors and the internal Technology team, preparing Business Requirements documents, and participating in designing UAT scenarios for product releases

Identifying business development opportunities through partnerships and working on special offers and joint campaigns to expand product reach and drive sales leads
What you' ll bring:

BSc in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Business Management or related field

Master’s degree will be considered as an asset

Experience in Marketing or Product, preferably in the financial sector

Demonstrating knowledge or passion for the banking industry, e‑money solutions, and digital products

Supporting large‑scale projects and managing multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines
-
Showing attention to detail, a results‑driven mindset, and strong collaboration with diverse teams
-
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Communicating effectively in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal skills
-
Using very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
