Are you excited about using advanced analytics to unlock real value from retail customer data? You’ll turn raw signals and trends into actionable insights that power smarter decisions, better experiences, and measurable ROI.
Your day to day will include:

Applying robust business logic to analyze customer behavior and performance trends, identifying opportunities, risks, and growth drivers

Performing in‑depth analysis on strategic topics (e.g., segmentation) and implementing ML/AI algorithms where applicable
-
Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision‑making and recommending actions with measurable impact
-
Conducting regular and ad hoc analyses on CRM, Loyalty, and Commercial activations and delivering insights on customer engagement and value contribution

Developing and maintaining evaluation dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, GA) by integrating multiple data sources
-
Implementing strong data validation procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of analytical outputs
-
Delivering presentations upon management request, providing analysis of complex datasets, commercial insights, and actionable plans
-
Designing, calculating, and maintaining customer‑centric KPIs and performance frameworks to evaluate initiative outcomes
-
Collaborating closely with internal teams (e.g., CRM, Loyalty, MUs, Sales, Finance, BI) to assess their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights

Partnering with Tech teams to define data engineering and BI requirements (e.g., data marts, customer 360° views, validation standards)
**What you need to succeed: **

BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Analytics; MSc in a relevant field is a plus

Experience in data mining and big data analysis within complex environments

Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, SPSS Modeler)

Solid understanding of statistical models and advanced analytical techniques

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem‑solving mindset

Proficient MS Office knowledge

Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
