So what’s the challenge...
As our CRM Team Leader, you’ll turn Retail CRM strategy into action—shaping a powerful, results-driven CRM plan that boosts customer value and deepens engagement. You’ll be at the forefront of designing, executing, and continuously optimizing our Retail CRM roadmap, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable impact while creating meaningful customer experiences.
What your day to day will include:

Owning our largest and most strategic retail segment, driving growth, engagement, and customer value

Designing and executing CRM and loyalty customer journeys that deliver results, connecting Loyalty strategy to lifecycle management

Leading and supporting a high-performing team, nurturing talent, and enabling success

Implementing the Retail CRM strategy through tactical plans that boost engagement and lifetime value while staying compliant

Driving innovation across lifecycle and base management, leveraging CRM platform capabilities, while improving efficiency and scalability through ongoing automations

Tracking performance and budgets, turning insights into action, and collaborating across Marketing, Customer, Online, and Commercial teams to align on commercial plans
What you’ll bring:

BSc in Business Administration, Digital, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree will be considered as a plus

6+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced gaming or ecommerce environment

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, Unica, Responsys, Optimove) is a plus

Proven experience leading teams with solid people skills

Innovation mindset, tech-savviness, and maximizing utilization of CRM platforms

Data-driven mindset, leveraging AI and analytics

Insight storytelling ability, driving actionable outcomes

Good organizational and planning skills, able to manage multiple projects

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)
