So what’s the challenge…
As a TORA Acquiring Operations Specialist, you are part of the TORA Wallet team, which is responsible for coordinating the business’s operational needs and ensuring alignment between Operators, Merchants, Schemes, and TORA’s systems. Card acquiring is a well‑established service for TORA Wallet and a key pillar of the company’s strategy.
What your day to day will include:

Validating improvements and adjustments to the acquiring platform based on business and operational needs.

Coordinating with teams to translate operational requirements into system updates.

Monitoring and validating the clearing and settlement of card transactions.
-
Reconciling daily card transactions with vendors, schemes, banks, and internal systems.

Handling disputes and monetary adjustments with the relevant teams.

Troubleshooting and analyzing card‑related incidents, including Jira tracking.

Registering and updating merchants and terminals in vendor systems.
-
Supporting daily troubleshooting for ALLWYN store terminal transactions and processing POS refunds.

Reconciling invoices and monitoring expense categories.
-
Collaborating with Accounting on payments, adjustments, and manual entries.
What you'll bring:

BSc degree in Business, Banking / Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

MSc degree is preferred.

Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.

Team spirit with the ability to cooperate

Self-starter with a results-oriented mentality and flexibility.

Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deliver within strict timeframes.

Understanding of fundamental accounting principles (debit, credit)

Applicants who have previous experience in payments or treasury operations are highly preferred
-
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Greek and English.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially Excel & PowerPoint.
