So what’s the challenge…
As a Card Business Data & Planning Sr. Specialist, you will use advanced data analysis, reporting, and governance practices to generate actionable insights, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll directly support executive decision‑making and drive key strategic initiatives within the card acquiring sector.
What your day to day will include:

Managing timely, accurate and comprehensive regulatory reporting to the Central Bank, including Blue‑Book submissions, while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations

Preparing and presenting compelling data insights and strategic recommendations to upper Management, influencing key business decisions through effective data storytelling and analytical rigor

Analyzing complex business challenges and discrepancies across various services—particularly within acquiring processes—and identifying effective resolutions

Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in business and data analysis, proposing relevant initiatives

Responding to ad‑hoc assignments related to the role’s scope, addressing business needs requiring flexibility, problem‑solving, and cross-functional collaboration

Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, supporting forecasting updates and budget performance tracking, and preparing business presentations and management reports

Collaborating with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Data teams on data validation and insight generation
What you’ ll bring:

BSc in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related quantitative field

MSc or relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, BI, Power BI, SQL, Python) considered a plus

Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and regulatory reporting, ideally within financial services or other highly regulated environments

Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling) and familiarity with SQL querying; basic exposure to data governance platforms

Excellent analytical, conceptual, and business-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting technical findings to diverse audiences

Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) and fluency in Greek and English
