So what’s the challenge:
As a Communications Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our communications strategy across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media channels. You will bring the brand and assigned experiences to life, ensuring compliance with regulations to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Additionally, you will endorse the brand through Responsible Play and sponsorship activities. Are you ready to make an impact and elevate our brands?
What your day to day will include:

Executing communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social) with precision, while identifying and recommending optimizations.

Developing effective marketing materials to enhance customer attraction and market impact.

Delivering campaign specs to agencies, aligning with brand objectives and communication strategy for areas of interested including global & local sponsorship assets, Responsible Play, global brand initiatives and similar projects.

Acting as point-of-contact that safeguards brand consistency implementation across channels and functions.

Coordinating with external agencies for timely execution of marketing plans across channels, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Developing reports on campaign performance, budget, and KPIs, and suggesting future improvements.

Liaising with stakeholders to align communication materials and ensure compliance with business guidelines.

Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.

Ensuring the brand’s value proposition and key messaging.

Preparing relevant documentation for timely submission to regulator’s approval.
**What you'll bring: **

3+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications
-
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Advanced hands-on experience in managing ATL and BTL marketing activities

Excellent communication in English & Greek

Problem solving skills with attention to detail
