So, what’s the challenge...
As an Associate Service Delivery Engineer for Retail Services, you translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and keep them running at peak performance, ensuring reliable and seamless retail operations.
What your day to day will include:

Staying up to date with market trends and retail technologies, including terminals, digital signage, IoT devices, screens, cabling, and system integrations

Acting as a link between Technology, Business, and vendors to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support project approvals

Designing and running proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects for new retail solutions and equipment
-
Reusing, upgrading, and optimizing existing systems to meet business needs efficiently
-
Monitoring solution performance, identifying risks, and coordinating maintenance and issue resolution

Preparing bid documentation and following all bid stages through to final award
-
Translating business needs into technical requirements and creating clear analysis materials such as data flows, user stories, and workflows
-
Maintaining documentation, updating user manuals, and providing end-user training
**What you’ll bring: **
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus

2+ years of relevant professional experience

Experience in business, functional, and technical analysis, as well as implementation of large-scale technology projects in complex environments (e.g. Gaming, Telecom, Banking, Retail)

Experience in system integration projects and digital or physical content distribution

Proven ability to design and apply technical solutions across large retail networks

Innovative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Very good presentation and communication skills

Strong customer and business orientation

Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
