Title; Distribution Pricing Specialist

Purpose of the role
To be responsible for making the official pricing offers / quotations / SADA’s for the nominated customers / distributors in a timely manner, at the highest quality. To be responsible for receiving approval in a timely manner at the highest quality. To be responsible for POS problems & SADA Claims handling. To be responsible for the set up of new customers with the export control check.
Summary Of Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to pricing requests in the official quotation (SADA/Netto) references.

Support SADA claim team (POS Problems & SADA Claims handling).

Set up of new customers with export control check.

Managing Quotes mailbox and handling customer inquiries related to pricing requests.

Ensure back up personnel are available to cover during holidays and sickness periods.

Measure the throughput time performance and achieve the agreed throughput time targets for pricing requests.

Identify bottlenecks, problems, and put in place / propose countermeasures / improvement plans.

Understanding of market prices, competitor prices for the dominant product families.

Execute and adhere to company quality policies and procedures and JSOX compliance requirements.

Ensure the problem state is corrected on time (both pricing and projects).
Required Education, Specific Knowledge, Skills And Experience

General commercial Education.

Preferably > 2 years of Administration, Customer communication role experience.

Analytical skills to understand the requirements correctly and coordinate the support.

Understanding of the basic knowledge of DMS products in general.

Knowledge of business processes and procedures in general.

Preferably be familiar with basic market activities in components business.

Be capable of writing and delivering comprehensive letters and business presentations.

Good knowledge of MS Office programs.

Good knowledge of internal computer software (ODPOS, SFA, JDE).

Proficient in English (any other European language is a pre).

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Combine administration skills, knowledge, and business processes.
