Accountable for providing engineering functions and project support to maintaining and upgrading Mill facilities, equipment and processes

Involved in mechanical design, equipment selection, regulatory compliance, project management, contractor management and other assigned duties

Responsible for development and documentation of improved maintenance activity efficiency and effectiveness, and part of Continuous Improvement team

Responsible for providing engineering support for maintenance/reliability work orders and support for internal projects

Review engineering and maintenance specifications and propose design modifications to improve equipment and process reliability

Responsible for management of reliability documents and processes for sustainability, standardization and maintenance of master data

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related maintenance engineering discipline

Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan

All ranges of experience will be considered; 2-4 years' experience in a reliability/maintenance engineering team based environment is preferred

Experience, knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance principles, PMs, PdMs, BoMs, ODR, etc.

MMP or CMRP would be considered an asset

Experience with Oracle or other Maintenance Management systems would be considered an asset

Related experience in potash or industrial setting is considered a strong asset
