Partner with functional leaders and Senior HR Business Partners to support and execute human resources priorities and KPIs aligned to the functional and enterprise strategy

Serve as a trusted HR advisor to client groups, providing guidance on employee relations, policy application, organizational changes, and people-related decisions, with support from senior HR leaders as needed

Support workforce planning discussions by analyzing talent needs, trends, and organizational requirements under the direction of senior HR leadership

Provide HR support across core disciplines including total rewards, recruitment, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development

Assist leaders in implementing enterprise and functional HR initiatives, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to established processes and timelines

Apply HR policies, programs, and practices consistently, leveraging Centers of Excellence (COEs), tools, and data to support informed decision-making

Support change initiatives by assisting with change and communication plans and partnering with leaders to execute organizational, process, and people changes

Diagnose and support resolution of performance, engagement, and capability issues, escalating complex matters and collaborating with Senior HR Business Partners as appropriate

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to planning, execution, and follow-through

Support talent management activities including performance management cycles, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs within assigned client groups

Build effective working relationships with leaders, employees, and HR colleagues to support a collaborative and solutions-oriented culture

Undergraduate degree specializing in Human Resources or a related field

Professional HR designation (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred

Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role supporting leaders and employees

Solid working knowledge of North American HR practices

Experience supporting HR initiatives in a complex or matrixed organization; exposure to global or multi-location environments is an asset

Familiarity with HR systems and technology (e.g., SuccessFactors preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at multiple levels of the organization

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to seek guidance when navigating complex or sensitive issues

Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a strong focus on learning, development, and continuous improvement

Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required to support business clients
