Job Summary
An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Sasktoon, SK office beginning May 2026 for a 12-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position open to current students who will be returning to their studies once this work term is complete. This position is not available for remote work.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Compensation. As a Co-op Student in Compensation, you will support the Global Compensation Team and stakeholders by addressing compensation-related queries and assisting with policies and procedures. Most daily interactions are with the Compensation Team, HR Data Team, or HR Business Partners.
What You'll Do:

Support the Compensation Team in day-to-day activities including data analysis (such as impact analysis, data modeling, costing), data visualization, conducting data audits and generating reports.

Partner with the Compensation Team to advance Nutrien’s compensation strategy and framework by preparing presentations and communication materials related to compensation programs and processes.

Assist Compensation Advisors with job evaluations, market pricing, and completion of market surveys.

Administer various compensation related SharePoint sites, intranet sites and project planning sites.

Support special compensation projects as required.
What You'll Bring:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a recognized post-secondary institution in Business or Human Resources.

Minimum 2nd year student, with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
