Your mission
As a Training Content & Enablement Manager, your focus is on creating, localizing, and delivering high-quality content that enables effective training and communication across different markets and audiences.

Content creation & localization: You create, translate, and adapt training and marketing content for local markets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance

Storytelling & presentation: You transform product features into clear, engaging, customer-focused narratives and structured presentations

Video & visual content production: You edit and finalize video content based on raw footage and create or adapt visual assets using tools such as Photoshop, ensuring a professional and consistent output

Content delivery support: You prepare content for different target groups (e.g. retail staff, B2B partners or OEMs) and training formats

Community management & engagement: You support and actively manage brand ambassador programs, creating engaging content and helping to drive participation and activity within the community

Quality & consistency: You ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines

Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders and implement feedback efficiently
Your profile
Your profile
You are a motivated, communicative individual with a passion for technology and training. Your experience allows you to convey complex topics in a clear manner and engage your audience effectively.

Experience in creating and/or delivering training content, ideally within consumer electronics or telecommunications

3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, training, or a related field, ideally within a tech-driven environment

Strong experience in translating and localizing content from English to German with a focus on clarity and audience relevance

Strong experience in presentation creation and storytelling, with the ability to structure content for different audiences

Proficiency in using multimedia tools (e.g. video editing and visual content creation tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop)

Fluent in English and German (French is a strong plus)

Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines
