Your mission
As a Business Development Manager / Retail Growth Manager, your focus is clearly on growth:
You are primarily active in sales and are responsible for expanding our retail business – from the initial outreach to closing the deal.
At the same time, you take on a marketing perspective, ensuring that our sales approaches are strategically sound and effective in the market.
Here, you’ll find the perfect mix of building new customer relationships and providing strategic 360° support to our key accounts.
Whether online, offline, digital, virtual, or within multi- and omnichannel environments – together with us, you will guide the industry into an exciting future.
You further develop existing partnerships and strategically unlock revenue potential.
You create high-impact sales approaches, arguments, and concepts that work in retail.
You derive concrete actions from market feedback and continuously refine our positioning and go-to-market strategy.
You act as a sparring partner for our clients and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for growth.
Together with our highly motivated field teams, you shape the strategic goals of the future. Your ideas and creativity are essential to achieving great things together.
Your top-level expertise is in demand: you report directly to our international clients and share strategic recommendations for successful growth in retail. You will get to know and support some of the most exciting and successful tech brands in the world.
Your profile

Completed degree in business administration or a commercial/vocational qualification

Several years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Retail / Channel Marketing

Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (car)

You work independently, in a structured manner, and approach tasks proactively

You combine a hunter mentality with the ability to build long-term relationships

Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
