You will structure and oversee the handling of complex聽DSci-related inquiries and escalations,聽driving聽rigorous root cause analysis and documentation of聽resolution pathways with clarity and accountability. While regions聽retain聽ownership of client-level resolution, you will drive cross-regional alignment,聽identify聽recurring themes, and ensure common root causes are addressed in a sustainable and consistent manner. You will partner with Methods, Product, and Operations leaders to translate systemic issues into durable improvements that strengthen global credibility and methodological consistency.聽

Hold regional teams accountable for consistent application of聽DSci聽methodologies, statistical standards, and resolution documentation.聽

Identify聽recurring themes and systemic risk drivers across markets and elevate these to the聽appropriate functional聽leaders for structural resolution.聽
