About The Role

You will provide confidential support to the HR function, management teams and employees alike. Providing first line HR support on queries and questions from employees enabling swift resolution and ensuring best in class employee experience for all.
Working across many areas of administration, data management, policy provision and key process management, an essential aspect of the role is to ensure employee data is accurately maintained, current reflecting true state.
Working collaboratively across the HR function with both a global and regional mindset coordinating tasks and prioritising multiple projects from onboarding new employees, collating payroll amendments to managing risk, advising employees on policy & procedure and providing timely answers to queries. You will also know where to sign post employees if the task at hand falls outside of Employee Experience scope.
Deliver a high degree of professionalism and discretion and appreciates how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees. You will be a great ambassador for our brand, quick to build internal and external relationships whilst providing great employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
The main activities for this role include but are not limited to:

Update and review employee information using Human resource information systems and databases.

Day to day administration support with Time & Absence

Complete pre-boarding admin including contracts, right to work checks, benefit onboarding and introduction to most relevant employee systems and processes.

Provide reminder of forthcoming probationary reviews to managers, covering due date, policy and process. Store all related paperwork in personnel file.

Create and share contracts for internal recruitment, international transfers and other variations such as change in hours or role.

Complete off-boarding admin for leavers throughout all systems, benefits portals and payroll tracker. Send guidance to manager and employee setting out their obligations.

Collaborate with Payroll and ensure payroll amendments are communicated within the HRIS.

Operate within Company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and consistency in delivery across the business when responding to policy and benefit queries.

Communicate with external third parties if required.

Answer general HR queries in a timely and consistent manner and direct to appropriate team/HRBP if applicable.

General HR administration, electronic filing, data capture and data review as required.
About Your Profile
-
First professional experience (typically 1–3 years) in an operational & administrational HR role
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field

Knowledge of local employment law is a plus

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, comfortable in a professional client environment

Strong Administrative and Organisational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (WD,)
