Job Summary We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, with strong development skills to support enterprise IAM initiatives including access certification, provisioning, governance, and role management. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow. Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to integrate with target systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, Workday). Develop and maintain Lifecycle Events, Access Requests, Certification Campaigns, and Governance Policies. Create and manage identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Develop custom SailPoint rules, Java Beanshell scripts, and API integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Infrastructure, HR, Compliance). Perform root cause analysis and remediation of IAM-related issues. Support SailPoint application upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and audit requirements. Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and change control records. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. Strong experience in Java, Beanshell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs. Solid understanding of IAM concepts including access certification, provisioning, SSO, RBAC, least privilege, and SoD. Experience with connectors/integrations for systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, etc. Familiarity with directory services, identity repositories, and authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
