Mission Context Within this department, the Sourcing Project Manager will be responsible for contributing to the various activities of the sourcing team, particularly in the implementation and monitoring of contracts, the management of associated documentation, the development of tools to support internal stakeholders, as well as internal and external communication with stakeholders and partners. The team currently consists of three members. Objectives and Deliverables The team鈥檚 objective is to act as a link between stakeholders and buyers, as well as between the client and its suppliers, in order to ensure an optimal level of service and that external services are engaged under the best possible conditions, in compliance with legal requirements and sourcing rules. Requirements Expected Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to read and understand contracts Ability to read and understand specifications (Terms of Reference) Strong writing, paraphrasing, and summarizing skills Good interpersonal skills for interactions with stakeholders and buyers Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Knowledge of Power BI is a plus Knowledge of data management and organization is also a plus Experience or knowledge in procurement would be an advantage
