Job Description: 1. Introduction: We are currently in search of a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for Business IT Applications in both on-premise and Cloud environments, ensuring stability and meeting Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities: • Provide support for Business IT Applications in on-premise (VMware, hybrid) and Cloud environments to ensure stability and meet Service Level Agreements. • Adhere to Best Practice processes for incident, problem, change, and configuration management to deliver efficient support services. • Perform patching and maintenance of Business Applications following defined processes. • Lead the smooth transition of new Business Applications to the SRE Team and ensure comprehensive documentation. • Lead reviews of implementation, processes, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and promote knowledge sharing within the team. • Configure and enhance Gitlab CICD pipelines. • Implement and enhance monitoring of various applications using Terraform code. • Participate in the on-call support rotation, providing 24/7 support for critical Business Applications. Requirements • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of SRE experience and 3 years of experience in other IT technical roles. • Hands-on experience with 2nd or 3rd level support of Business Critical Applications. • Excellent knowledge of AWS Cloud, Gitlab, Terraform, and Datadog (or other monitoring tools). • Good SQL knowledge. • Experience in Linux, Windows, and DB systems preferred. • Experience with IT infrastructure (hardware, network, and storage) preferred. • Experience with Atlassian products is an advantage. • Experience in the trading environment is an advantage. • Personality: analytical, solution-oriented, team-oriented, forward-looking, and organized. • Good English skills.
