Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation. Hands-on technical delivery, including documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions. Ability to create and modify workflows. Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
