Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who will act as a servant-leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams. The Scrum Master will ensure that Scrum principles and practices are well understood and effectively applied, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and continuously improving team environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a servant-leader and coach to the Scrum Team, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is: Well-groomed Clearly defined Prioritized according to business value Identify, track, and help remove impediments that may impact the team’s progress or delivery. Shield the Scrum Team from external interruptions and distractions, enabling focus and productivity. Foster a collaborative, transparent, and open team environment that encourages trust and accountability. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and adaptation through retrospectives and Agile practices. Assist in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics, such as: Sprint burndown charts Velocity Delivery forecasts Coach team members on Agile best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality. Support the organization’s Agile transformation and adoption, working with stakeholders to improve Agile maturity. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks Proven experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching Agile teams Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to identify and resolve team impediments effectively Experience with Agile metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) Strong mindset of servant leadership and continuous improvement Nice to Have Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) Experience supporting Agile adoption at an organizational level Background working with cross-functional, distributed teams
