We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, provide solution direction, configure and deploy SAP TM, and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of transportation management solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires expertise in SAP TM configuration, integration with 4PL and other systems, as well as hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define best practices in Transportation Management. Provide solution direction and ensure alignment with business objectives and SAP standards. Configure, build, test, deploy, and support SAP TM functionalities. Independently own Transportation Management stream while collaborating with the larger project team. Configure SAP TM system settings, master data, transportation networks, carriers, rates, and relevant business processes. Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities through appropriate extensions, integration, and enhancements. Manage integration with 4PL providers, other SAP modules, and non-SAP systems. Work on S/4HANA implementation projects (offshore delivery model), ensuring smooth rollouts and business adoption. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams in RICEF developments. Monitor SAP roadmap, identify version differences, and recommend adoption of new innovations. Mentor junior team members, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to company documentation standards. Communicate project status, risks, and progress to Global IT leadership and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations / rollouts. Strong proficiency in SAP TM configuration and S/4HANA processes. In-depth knowledge of integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, EWM, FI/CO) and with non-SAP systems. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience in supporting RICEF objects and technical developments. Solid understanding of the SAP TM roadmap, version differences, and new feature adoption. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across global teams. Proven ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
