We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and business domain knowledge—particularly in insurance (post-sales operations and claims management)—to deliver scalable and effective Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions across Sales, Service, and related domains. Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and efficient technical designs. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and functional teams to ensure solution alignment. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices on Salesforce development and integrations. Oversee solution implementation and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and governance. Support the organization in maximizing value from Salesforce technologies by identifying optimization opportunities. Required Skills & Experience Salesforce Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Integrations, APIs). Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective Salesforce-driven solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Domain Knowledge: Insurance sector knowledge (especially post-sales operations, claims management, and product workflows) is a strong plus. Proven experience in Salesforce solution architecture, ideally in enterprise-scale environments. Language Requirements Fluent English (mandatory). German and other European languages are a strong plus.
